Psychotherapy Services

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful scientifically researched method of psychotherapy for the treatment of many distressing circumstances such as PTSD, trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression and complicated grief. It has helped millions of people get relief from psychological suffering.

Play Therapy

Play is fun, creative, and enjoyable for all of us but it is vital for the healthy physical, social, academic and psychological development of children.

Sandplay Therapy

Sandplay is a form of depth therapy based on C.G. Jung’s analytical psychology. It was developed by Dora Kallf during World War II, and emerged from the psyches of children rather than from books and research.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice with the intention to calm the mind so one can focus on the present moment which is truly the only moment where reality exists. It is in the experience of the here-and-now that we can connect with the life force itself and be blessed by the abundance of vitality and love regardless of our present circumstances.

Yoga means to "yoke" or to join things together. It is an integrative practice that not only includes moving the body in certain ways to create beautiful shapes called Asanas, but to also bring about serenity of the mind and stay attuned to "The Glory of the Self" (Bhagavad Gita) which is the part in us the transcends ego-boundaries and connects us to the Infinite.

S.E.E.D.S. PROGRAM

Social, Emotional, and Empathy Development for Success

SEEDS is a new and innovative educational support program that intends to help toddler and primary age students who are having developmental, emotional, behavioral, social or other difficulties in adjusting to a Montessori or other pre-school environment.  Sometimes these challenges children face, impede their optimal development and come in the way of learning and social adaptation. The goals of the program are to help children achieve their full potential socially, physically, emotionally, spiritually and psychologically.
