This gentle, trauma-informed therapeutic yoga offering supports nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and emotional well-being as part of Porta Verum’s integrative mental health approach, enhancing your wellness meditation practice.
Classes meet on Fridays from 9:00–10:00 AM, every other week, beginning July 10, in a small, welcoming group (limited to 8 students).
Living Sati Yoga is offered on a donation basis, in the spirit of Dāna (generosity) — you’re warmly welcome to choose what feels right, from $0 (pay-it-forward) to $25.
