Living Sati Yoga — Program Update


Living Sati Yoga classes are currently on pause while we restructure the program.


This gentle, trauma-informed yoga offering was created to support nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and emotional well-being as part of Porta Verum’s integrative mental health approach.


We are currently reviewing the structure of the program so that future classes can be offered in a sustainable and accessible way.


Updates will be posted here when Living Sati Yoga classes resume.
