At Porta Verum Psychotherapy Services, we believe true healing occurs when mind, body, and heart are balanced. Our wellness programs extend our mission beyond the therapy room by offering experiential practices that promote stress recovery, emotional regulation, and nervous system resilience. Through therapeutic yoga and mindfulness meditation, along with other therapeutic experiences, our programs provide accessible tools to help you pause, breathe, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and well-being.

This gentle, trauma-informed therapeutic yoga offering supports nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and emotional well-being as part of Porta Verum’s integrative mental health approach, enhancing your wellness meditation practice. 


Classes meet on Fridays from 9:00–10:00 AM, every other week, beginning July 10, in a small, welcoming group (limited to 8 students).  


Living Sati Yoga is offered on a donation basis, in the spirit of Dāna (generosity) — you’re warmly welcome to choose what feels right, from $0 (pay-it-forward) to $25.
