Yoga That Calms Your Mind, Regulates Your Nervous System, and Relieves Stress

Living Sati Yoga is more than just yoga; it embodies wellness movement, fostering awareness in motion through the core pillars of presence, nervous-system regulation, compassionate movement, and a sense of belonging.

Our gentle yoga classes integrate slow, breath-led pacing with accessible options that help ease pain and tension, making yoga approachable for every body.

Each practice emphasizes presence over perfection and self-kindness instead of self-criticism, equipping you with tools that extend beyond the mat into daily life.

Designed specifically for individuals who experience stress, anxiety, or disconnection, our trauma-informed yoga offers a safe, inclusive space where you can calm your thoughts, relax your body, and reconnect with both yourself and your community.

Living Sati Yoga Is For Those Who Struggle With

Pain & Tension That Won't Go away

You may be experiencing ongoing pain from issues like back problems, sciatica, or persistent body tension that never seems to ease up.

“It feels like the pain never fully goes away — it’s just something I live with.”

“Pain wakes me up at night and makes it hard to sleep.”

“I feel hopeless sometimes, wondering if this is just how my life will feel from now on.”

Consider joining gentle yoga classes that incorporate wellness movement and trauma-informed yoga principles to help you address and manage your discomfort.

Anxiety & Racing mind

Constant overthinking, distraction, and negative or self-critical thoughts can make it challenging to find calmness or focus. Gentle yoga classes, wellness movement, and trauma-informed yoga practices can help alleviate these feelings.

“My brain won’t turn off.”

“I keep replaying the past and worrying about the future.”

“I’m exhausted from my own thoughts and starting to wonder if I’ll ever feel at peace.”

Stress & Overwhelm

Feeling constantly weighed down, exhausted, and like there’s never a real break. You’re running on empty—taking care of everything and everyone, but struggling to find space for yourself. Incorporating gentle yoga classes or wellness movement into your routine might provide some much-needed relief.

“I wake up already tired.”

“There’s too much on my plate and no real break.”

“Some days I feel like I’m barely holding it together, wondering how much longer I can keep going like this. A trauma-informed yoga practice could be the gentle support I need to navigate these overwhelming feelings.”

Checked Out and Running on Autopilot

You move through the day getting things done, but it feels like you’re running on fumes. Between stress, exhaustion, and constant distractions, it’s easier to zone out than to slow down. You scroll, stay busy, or numb out—anything to avoid the noise in your head or the heaviness in your heart. Deep down, you miss feeling present, connected, and alive. Gentle yoga classes focused on wellness movement can help you reconnect with yourself and your surroundings. Trauma-informed yoga provides a safe space to heal and cultivate awareness, allowing you to truly engage with your life once again.

“I’m here, but I’m not really present.”

“I feel checked out from myself and the people I love.”

“It’s like I’m watching my life instead of living it.”

Feeling Lonely & Isolated

Even when you’re surrounded by people in gentle yoga classes, it can still feel like no one really sees you. You crave connection but find it hard to reach out or open up. The more alone you feel, the easier it is to withdraw—and the cycle keeps repeating. Deep down, you just want to feel understood and part of something again, perhaps through wellness movement or trauma-informed yoga that nurtures your spirit.

“I’m around people all day, but I still feel alone.”

“It feels like no one really gets me.”

“Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever feel like I belong.”

From Isolation to Belonging

When you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling, it’s easy to pull away and feel disconnected from others. Living Sati Yoga offers a calm, welcoming space where you can engage in gentle yoga classes, move, breathe, and reconnect—not just with yourself, but with a supportive community that understands. Through mindfulness movement and trauma-informed yoga, you’ll begin to feel seen, accepted, and part of something larger again.
